1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the February 6, 2006 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the contract between The Town of East Bridgewater and Sterling Associates Incorporated for a master plan and site evaluation of Leland Farm property, including a plan and site evaluation for a new Senior Center building and other potential municipal uses.
3. Board will vote to accept, with regret, the resignation of Joanne L. Erickson from the Council on Aging.

2. Trash Collection – John Haines will update at end of January.
3. Eastern States Steel – Theresa McNulty is working on Brownsfield grant application
4. Master Plan – waiting for OCPC appraisal and a timetable.
5. Carver Cotton Gin Dam – Report received from Dam Safety
Claire Yokum to discuss with John Fabrowski
6. Habitat for Humanity
Mr. Hamilton working on setting up meetings.
7. Annual evaluations for jobs – folder with all job descriptions available
8. Town Planner Appointment – after S.T.M. begin discussion
9. 61A Land/Ousamequin Pines – Town exercising option – letter sent – need
independent appraisal – letter received from owner,
board to review and act on request of owner
10. Economic Development Committee – Mr. Hamilton is working on
11. Cable television license expires December 2, 2009, possible formation of Cable
Advisory Committee.
